Terms and Conditions for your holiday in France-

The chalet is privately owned and our aim is to provide our guests with pleasant , friendly service on an informal basis in order to offer an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

We respect your independence and privacy and ask in return that you treat the chalet as you would your own. Our prices are usually lower than the holiday companies who use the same site and we believe that our chalet is equipped to a better standard than most holiday company mobiles. Items such as kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, cd/radio, barbeque are all included whereas they are often not available or only at extra cost with other operators. And our plot on the site is second to none. We offer value, quality and friendly service and would like to think that you will be happy to return in the future.

Bookings are accepted on the following terms:

* The hire price is for the hire of the chalet for 1 week or multiples of 1 week, from 3 pm on Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday, for a maximum of 4 adults or 6 people including children.

* A booking deposit equal to 25% of the hire price must be paid on confirmation of the booking and the remainder must be paid 4 weeks prior to the start of the booking.

* A returnable deposit of £100 is payable with the final payment to cover breakages, damage etc. This will be refunded in full at the end of the booking if the chalet is left in good condition (please note that we know what family holidays are like and we accept that there will be occassional accidents with glasses, cups etc and these will not be charged).

* The chalet must be left in a clean and tidy condition and all damage or breakages reported to Reception on site prior to leaving and to the owners on return home.

* The hire charge includes the use of all chalet facilities and all site facilities which are not subject to an additional charge by the site owners, in other words the pool, playground, etc are free, horse riding, go-cart hire etc are charged for by the site.

* Prices include gas and electricity. Please take your own bedlinen and towels. Please note that bedlinen can be hired from Reception for 10 euros per bed, payable to the site on arrival.

* A booking form must be completed including the number and ages of all occupants (this is required by the French local authorities).
